MCU NCC Cadets won Silver Medal in IGSC Shooting Championship 2021
Bhopal: Inter-Group Shooting Championship 2021 was organized by NCC MP & CG Directorate from 9 September to 15 September 2021 in Jabalpur. Cadet Anoushka Shukla of 04 MP Battalion, Bhopal and Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism and Communication received a silver medal in shooting. Anoushka Shukla took part in the Peep Sight Prone position while leading the NCC Bhopal Group. A total of 60 cadets took part in it. MCU's NCC officer Lt. Mukesh Kumar Chourase told that Cadet Anoushka Shukla is a very hardworking and excellent student as well as has received training in shooting with the efforts of MCU NCC. The role of Senior Under Officer Shri Abhay Pandey in this training is been commendable. Vice-Chancellor Prof KG Suresh has sent her best wishes. It is noteworthy that moving forward towards the implementation of the National Education Policy 2020, MCU has included NCC in its curriculum.
