NCC and NSS unit of MCU did plantation under the Amrit Mahotsav festival of independence Bhopal. In Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism and Communication, a two-day cleanliness and plantation program was organized on Environment Week by the unit of NCC and NSS under the Amrit Mahotsav festival of independence. In this sequence, on Tuesday, Vice-Chancellor Prof. KG Suresh along with other professors and volunteers planted saplings. Earlier, on the first day of the program, volunteers of NSS and NCC did Shramdaan by running a cleanliness campaign in the university campus and also made them aware of it. Appreciating the work of the volunteers associated with the unit of NCC and NSS, Vice-Chancellor Prof. KG Suresh said that today's environment remains a global challenge.
